Meet the Founder

Goatley Property Management was founded in 2024 by Adrian Davis-Goatley, a licensed real estate agent with Realty of America based in Nashville, Tennessee, who set out to bring something the industry was missing: a genuinely hands-on, transparent approach to managing rental property.

Today, we’re proud to serve homeowners across Nashville and the surrounding area — managing single-family homes and small rental portfolios with the same care we’d want for our own.
